What to Expect in Your First Session
Initially, you will establish your goals for hypnosis in the first session with one of our clinical practioners. After working with for three sessions, you evaluate your progress. You may feel complete or wish to go further. Often the changes you want to make can happen within three sessions.
You will be provided an audio recording to take home with you. This supports your subconscious mind in going deeper…the more you use it, the more easily you can change the habits you are intending to change.
The audio will typically include a hypnotherapy session or a guided relaxation.

- Overcome fears of taking tests, public speaking, flying, heights, making cold calls, crossing bridges
- Relieve chronic back pain, arthritis, headaches, and carpal tunnel syndrome
